Rugged Construction for Durability. The Broan 741 sports a close mount design and rugged, 26-gauge galvanized steel housing. A tapered, polymeric duct fitting with a built-in backdraft damper enables an easy, positive duct connection and no metallic clatter. Other highlights include vent openings in the fixture base for the exhaust fan as well as a polymeric blower wheel with a permanently lubricated motor.
Easy to Install. The Broan 741 light fixture assembly is plug-in and removable, and sturdy, key-holed mounting brackets allow for quick and accurate installation. The unit is designed to be installed in flat ceilings only. The Broan 741 takes two Type A, medium-base incandescent light bulbs up to 60 watts each. Bulbs are not included.
